Valve sacks or valve bags provide the perfect packaging solution for high speed filling of powdered products whilst maintaining a dust free working environment.
Available in Polythene, Paper or Woven Polypropylene, valve sacks can be used for many products from dyes to foodstuffs. Once filled they form a solid block which makes them easily stackable on the pallet.

2.Cooling water requirements
To minimize water consumption, Seller recommends a closed cooling water system with an air-cooled water chiller.
The water used for filling the system and for the production process (if any) has to be free from impurities
(corrosive particles, suspended matter, etc.). Furthermore, it has to meet the following requirements:
The process water must be free from:
- visible impurities such as suspended or turbid matter
- biological impurities such as bacteria, algae, or mucilage
- fats, oils, or other aliphatic or aromatic compounds
- fluorinated or halogenated substances such as refrigerant R131 or the like
- or other substances which may affect the material to be pelletized or the components of the line
